I was thrilled to discover Clorofilla Cucina & Distillati in Rome, a true gem hidden just a few steps away from Navona. This restaurant stands out for its innovative and creative approach to Italian cuisine, offering a delightful twist on traditional dishes.
The ambiance of Clorofilla is welcoming and sophisticated, with a service that is both efficient and friendly. The dishes are a testament to culinary art, blending creativity with a respect for Italian flavors. The menu offers a variety of choices that cater to different tastes, including options for vegetarian and gluten-free diets. The prices range from about $11 to $44, which is quite reasonable given the quality of food and service.
One of the standout features of Clorofilla is its dedication to innovative cooking without being overly eccentric. The food is described as very good, creative, and not snobbish, striking a perfect balance between uniqueness and familiarity.
Overall, Clorofilla Cucina & Distillati provides a culinary experience that is not just about eating, but about enjoying food in a way that is both new and comfortably familiar. It's a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a different yet authentic Italian dining experience in Rome.
The BEST food we had in Rome. Love the decor, staff was lovely, chef is excellent. Dishes... where to start. Everything was exceptional. We could not wait for our courses to come. Loved the wine. Wanted to take 5 desserts to go, they were absolutely amazing. I will come back to Rome just to taste this food again. For me it is the best restaurant in Rome. A hidden gem.
Excellent dining experience. We booked last minute and were very pleasantly surprised. The food was creative and fresh, and the service was great. Very good value.
Lovely Italian nouveau food, refreshing what the chef is doing with the menu. Octopus cooked perfectly to melt in your mouth like butter. Enhancing sauces that lift the palate. A worth-it-winner experience in Roma.
The atmosphere was marvelous. Was there for a Christmas dinner, and the food was simply excellent (especially the tiramisu)! The service was very good & the staff is very attentive. But what I love most, is the decor of the place. Would love to visit this place again.
Very cozy and perfect for plant lovers. Unique and innovative cuisine with excellent twists on classic Italian dishes. Definitely recommend!
Booked this spot for Valentines. Amazing food at reasonable prices. Excellent service with great recommendations (go
for the beef!) good cocktails.
Lovely decor which was classy without being overbearing and formal.
Beautiful restaurant with the most amazing service! Seemed like they were going for a Michelin rating - definitely worthy! The dishes were refreshing. The chef did a stunning job with presenting each dish and had a creative twist to excite the palate. And the desserts…so tasty! The entire family loved our experience and we will most certainly be back!
